PUB REFURBISHMENT
INTRODUCTION
The Windmill at Dunnington is a popular and very busy pub,
restaurant and bed & breakfast on the A1079 York to Hull
Road. In 2006 it expanded by building brand new accommodation
and in 2007, in anticipation of the public smoking ban, the
proprietors decided to completely refurbish the interior of the
pub's bar and restaurant areas. It is now ranked as a 4* Inn.
DESIGN BRIEF
To create a fresh and up to date look for the Windmill and to refurbish the bar and dining areas to
coincide with the smoking ban in public houses.
